FAQ

  • How will my order be shipped?
    We currently use Interparcel Couriers and Australia Post for delivery. Each painting is individually wrapped with industrial bubble wrap, cardboard or particle board (where required) for safe delivery. Tracking is available on all orders.
  • What if my order is damaged?
    Please reach out to us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If there is damage to the packaging, please photograph it before removing it from the artwork - this is important to do. If there is damage to the artwork, please photograph and send to us as soon as you recieve your order.
  • Do you do commission artworks?
    Yes, commission artworks are available. Please see my listing for "commission artwork" to find out more. I love to paint original paintings that mean a lot to my customers. When you order a commission and have me add in the things that are special to you, that means a lot to me. If you have a question that is not answered on the "commission artwork" page, please reach out.
